Import Duties

Due to changes in international shipping charges for orders placed within the EU, the price you pay (on your purchase) will exclude any import duties applicable to your local destination. However these charges must be paid directly to our carrier who will contact you directly once your order has been processed. Your order will also be exclusive of UK VAT charges, which will be deducted at checkout, this saving will contribute towards your import duties.

Placing an order

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You place your order request for goods from the Clive Christian Site by clicking on the Pay Now button at the end of the on-line order process. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Clive Christian Online. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

Promotional free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stock lasts and only when prompted and added to your shopping cart at checkout. Free 10ml when making a purchase of £250 or above. One 10ml will be added to your cart once you reach the minimum order value that makes you eligible.
